What is Delta 8 THC?

What is Delta(∆) 8 THC:
Completely Natural Hemp with <0.3% THC∆9

Amid a global pandemic, this legal THC product gained exponential popularity. Legal THC lead to confusion, then to questions, so we are here to answer them all in plain English.

(After this…)

Literally speaking, Delta 8 THC is an isomer of CBD and another cannabinoid found in hemp and hemp extracts. While Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC may sound similar, they are distinctly different compounds with different characteristics. Delta 8 THC was made federally legal by H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 while only legal when the Delta 9 THC is limited to a maximum content of 0.3%.

Our Delta 8 THC is entirely hemp derived and contains less than .3% Delta 9 THC which makes it legal in most states.

Is it legal everywhere?

While it is legal on a federal level, there are a few states that the compound is either illegal or not explicitly legal, meaning we cannot ship Delta 8 THC products to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, and Nebraska. Please check your local state and city laws and regulations.
